My interest in becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor began while I worked at Scope Ministries in the early 2000’s as a chaplain, teacher, fundraiser, and personal guidance minister. This work led me to return to college where I received a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University in 2010. After graduation, I joined a counseling agency in Oklahoma City where I provided therapy for low-income families, foster families, and children who were victims of trauma. In 2014 I began my current work in private practice where I work with married couples and individual adults to improve their relationships and their sense of mental and emotional well-being.
When I’m not seeing clients I enjoy spending time with family, working with horses and doing outdoor chores. I reside in Blanchard with my wife of 39 years. We have two grown children and four grandchildren.
